Start your journey by seeing a painting by one of the most celebrated artists of the Renaissance.For your first stop on the ground floor, immerse yourself in the Suffolk countryside.Go through to room 10 to see a work by Gainsborough, one of Britain’s most significant portrait painters.In room 9, experience this unflinching masterpiece by Rubens.
Stroll through to room 8 and see Rembrandt stare right back at you.Continue your trip at the Scottish Collection where you can see a picture painted in the Berwickshire village of Cockburnspath.End your visit with a picture by Fife-born artist Wilkie, Painter to the King in 1830.
