The Piemaker Restaurant

38 South Bridge, Edinburgh EH1 1LL, Scotland (Castle / Royal Mile / High St)

We had been hanging out for a couple of GOOD pies since leaving New Zealand and we finally found them in the pie maker in edinburgh! Fantastic potatoe, beef mince and onion gravy pies- full of rich dark gravy and steak and ale pie was also fantastic. The pie maker has very reasonably priced food and a fantastic range of sweet and savoury pies. Would definitely recommend and will return! Great for a cheap and wholesome meal in the cold scottish weather.

Located in the heart of Edinburgh, The Piemaker has become part of Edinburgh history, trading in the city centre on South Bridge since 1995 and now at 61 Great Junction Street, Leith since 2013.

The Piemaker is the perfect place to eat tasty and freshly-prepared pies.
With over 30 different meat, veggie and sweet fillings we have something for everyone.

For a quick bite on the run, a hearty lunch or a filling dinner the variety available make its a place for everyone.  Quality coffee, soups, burgers, sandwiches, rolls, cakes, doughnuts and of course PIES!
